About the Tennis Association

We're an Association

We are an association chartered by the SaddleBrooke Ranch HOA. That means we operate as an instrumentality of the HOA as specified by Bylaws. The Bylaws describe the authority and limitations of an association, specifies how we are organized, who can be members of the association and what are the dues, what the Officer positions are of the association and their duties, how elections are conducted, financial planning and reporting, and meetings amd other matters.
